Get as many new reruits as you can
Deploy plenty of spies, they procure ammo,info and much more I suspect.
When playing as a soldier make sure he has an AK-47 on him or he will be spotted asap.
Don't abort mission's as it will add a day onto the timeline.
Compleat the spy mission's as you get them cus if you don't you wont get any more.
